Mazurek's Bakery
A First Ward institution, Mazurek's Bakery still uses the brick oven with steam boiler installed in 1933 to bake their famous rye bread.
Today, bakery operations are run by a subsidiary of OLV Human Services. Students in OLV's WAY, or Work Appreciation for Youth Program, gain hands-on training in food and customer service, small business ownership and more!
