After you complete the survey, you will recieve a coupon code on screen. If we have your contact information, you will also recieve an email with the coupon code. To use the coupon, register as a customer and choose the type of box you would like to have delivered (FarmFix, FamilyFix, LocalFix or OrganicFix). After you complete the registration process you can customize your produce and add anything else from our webstore that you may like. You can enter your coupon code in the cart area on the right hand side of the screen.
- The coupon code will add a maximum $25 discount to your first order. This is equivalent to a free FarmFix produce box as the FarmFix costs $25 before discount. Customers are free to choose another weekly box option (LocalFix, OrganicFix or FamilyFix), however the maximum discount will not exceed $25 and the customer will be charged the remaining box price after the discount.
- This coupon is only valid for new members who do not have an account on our website.
- The coupon code can only be used once.
- The coupon code has no cash value.
- The coupon code expires on December 31, 2022.
