Farmwell began with a dream from the Ramstad family — Ron, Peggy, and Erik — to create a farm that grew something truly special, with real benefits that could make a lasting impact. Ron had spent 25 years in the organic food industry and had always dreamed of owning a farm. When it came time to take the leap, the family wanted to grow something unique — not just another crop, but something with a genuine story behind it. 

That something turned out to be the Aronia berry. When the Ramstads discovered this antioxidant powerhouse, they knew they had found exactly what they were looking for — a not-too-sweet, incredibly nutritious berry with the potential to be the star ingredient in something truly special. With three times the antioxidants of blueberries and less natural sugar than many other berries, the Aronia berry is small but seriously mighty — gut-friendly, inflammation-fighting, and packed with polyphenols that fuel you from the inside out. 

From that discovery, Farmwell Drinks was born — a line of refreshingly simple, organic antioxidant beverages with no added sugar, no preservatives, and no added flavors. If it's hard to pronounce, it didn't make the cut.

The farm is Regenerative Organic Certified, with no-till farming practices that keep the soil undisturbed and packed with natural goodness, precision drip irrigation with soil moisture sensors to minimize water use, and cover crops of clover and mint that enrich the soil and attract pollinators.
