Bread, Einkorn Sourdough
Low Gluten. Good for gluten-sensitive persons. Can be made vegan by special request for pan-greased using Coconut Oil.
The Einkorn Sourdough is leavened 100% with natural sourdough. It is more durable than the soft loaf making it great for toast, paninis, grilled cheese, and other toasted sandwiches. Toasting these slices bring out the Einkorn Wheat flavor that is unlike any other. Many gluten intolerant people have been able to eat this loaf, even though it contains wheat. The long fermentation mixes with the organic bread flour and whole organic Einkorn flour to bring forth a loaf that has highly digestible. This loaf lasts a week wrapped well at room temperature, even though some prefer to store this loaf in the refrigerator. This loaf comes whole in a compostable wrapper.
Ingredients: Water, Organic Sourdough culture, Organic Bread Flour, Whole Organic Einkorn Flour, Sea Salt. Pans greased with lard.
