These lovely bouquets are bundles of locally grown and dried pesticide free French Lavender from Marina Goody at Goody Girl Flower Farm in Pendleton, NY! These flowers were hand cut, harvested and bundled in July of 2023. This particular variety, "Phenomenal" Lavender, is notable for its very long stem length - the stems are between 18” and 24” long! 

These lavender bouquets are lovely to display (just touch the flowers as you walk by to enjoy the scent), but if you and your Valentine love a good craft project, the bundles may also be used in culinary preparations, infusions and teas! This way, these lovely blooms can be enjoyed for an even longer time.

Examples of various ways to use dried lavender:

• Add lavender buds to lemonade or tea (especially lovely with sencha or white tea!)
• Make baked goods and other desserts infused with lavender (cookies, cakes, frostings, etc.)
• Infuse honey with lavender
• Blend some lavender infused sugar
• Steep a lavender simple syrup to add to cocktails and mocktails
• Craft a lavender infused body oil (using olive oil or sunflower oil)
• Make your own bath or foot soak by adding lavender buds to Epsom or sea salts
