Love a therapeutic soak? Magnesium Salt Soaks are good for 4-5 baths or 8-10 foot soaks! To use, add 1 1/2 - 2 oz of salts to warm water in a bathtub or 3/4 - 1 oz to warm water in a foot soak basin. Enjoy your soak!

baking soda (sodium bicarbonate)

Along with the above ingredients, it contains lemon, clove, eucalyptus, rosemary, cinnamon, orange, and camphor essential oils as well as lemon and orange peel, crushed eucalyptus and rosemary leaves, cinnamon chips, and a clove. The scent is warming and aromatic from the cinnamon and clove, slightly woodsy from the rosemary, fresh from the eucalyptus and camphor, and citrusy from the lemon and orange.
SOUL
Along with the above ingredients, it contains cardamom, bergamot, and vetiver essential oil as well as rose petals and crushed cardamom seeds. The scent is very warming from the cardamom, slightly citrusy from the bergamot, and just a touch woodsy/earthy from the vetiver. The rose is definitely present but light and not overwhelmingly floral - the cardamom balances it really well!
For external use only. Do not consume. Do not use on irritated skin. Do not touch eyes. Not FDA approved or approved for medical use. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Consult physician before use in case of kidney disease, other health conditions, or medication use.

Renee Carroll and Nikki Bradshaw are a mother and daughter business team now, but for years were just members of a family that suffered from migraines.
