Beefsteak Tomato and Peach Caprese

Ingredients: 

• 1 large beefsteak tomato, sliced into rounds
• 1 yellow peach, sliced into rounds
• 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
• ¼ cup fresh basil leaves
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
• ½ tsp flaky salt
• ¼ tsp cracked black pepper

Instructions:

• Slice tomato and peach into similar-thickness rounds.
• Layer with mozzarella, tucking basil between layers.
• Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze, finish with salt and pepper.
• Serve at room temperature.
