Roasted cauliflower and zucchini tossed in a light, lemony dill dressing, with two grilled herbed falafel patties. Comes with a side of quinoa & Greeko de gallo topping of tomato, Kalamata olives, garlic and parsley.

NYS Chicken Dumplings are made with locally sourced chicken, wrapped in whole-grain wheat dough, and seasoned with onion and a touch of sour cream. Serve them boiled as is, in a soup, or as potstickers (parboiled for 2 minutes and finished in the oven). 

Our NYS Potato Pierogi are made from scratch, starting with peeling, boiling, and grinding New York State potatoes in our facility in Brooklyn. Wrapped in whole-grain wheat dough, they can be boiled or sautéed for a simple and satisfying meal. Serve them with melted cheese, sour cream, or butter/olive oil.
