A dessert spice made for desserts and more as listed below and contains no sugar. The blend has floral notes of rose, green cardamom but very well balanced  with nutmeg, mace and star anise.  While exploring the spices used in desserts Smita saw that most of the desserts used cinnamon and all spice that have overpowering cinnamon or nutmeg and no other spices were used for desserts. Smita grew up learning about many spices for desserts in India and how well it paired with various things. After many iterations of combining different spices in various proportions of experimenting and after many tests and trial by pastry chefs, the Rose bloom was approved as one of the dessert blends. Each pack contains about concentrated blend of 10g of rose bloom roughly 2 tsp. The whole spices are gently roasted and ground fresh in small batches.
