Ingredients:
4 cups mixed salad greens2 ripe pears,
sliced1 fennel bulb,
sliced paper thin*Lemon wedge,
for squeezing2 tablespoons dried cranberries1 tablespoon chopped pecans1 tablespoon chopped walnuts1 tablespoon chopped hazelnuts,
or more pecans or walnuts⅓ cup shaved pecorino cheeseBalsamic Vinaigrette,
for drizzlingSea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions: 1. Arrange the mixed greens on a serving platter or in a serving bowl. Top with the pears and fennel. Squeeze a little lemon juice over the pears and fennel and toss.2. Top with the cranberries, pecans, walnuts, hazelnuts, and pecorino. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
