Queso Oaxaca is a semi-soft, stringy cheese similar to mozzarella. We hand stretch our Queso Oaxaca into ribbons, then wrap in balls in authentic Mexican fashion. It is buttery and slightly salty, and melts easily, and can be used in quesadillas, empanadas, and chili rellenos, or simply snack on it!
