Passion-Mezcal: Passionfruit and lime juice form the base for this mezcal milk chocolate ganache in a milk chocolate shell.

Jack Rose: Cinnamon apple cider jelly sits over a milk chocolate caramel and calvados brandy ganache in a milk chocolate shell.

Bahama Mama: A white chocolate coconut mousse sits over a pineapple orange juice and Jamaican rum milk chocolate curd in a milk chocolate shell.

Bourbon Lift: A white chocolate almond orgeat and Tia Maria coffee liquor ganache sit over a blended milk and dark chocolate bourbon ganache in a dark chocolate shell.

Tom & Jerry: A winter spiced marshmallow (clove, allspice, ginger) rests on a golden run dark chocolate ganache in a dark chocolate shell.

Figgy Smalls: Dried black mission figs are reconstituted in orange juice, then turned into a jelly over a cognac and Grand Marnier dark chocolate ganache in a dark chocolate shell.
