Orange cauliflower heads can be wrapped in a damp paper towel. Then place in a plastic bag that you can puncture a couple tiny holes for a little air flow. If stored in the crisper drawer they will keep 7 -14 days. Individual florets will keep up to 7 days when stored in a container in the refrigerator.
